My Dad, Anthony Tweed was a stoker on HMS Dido 1952-1953. He had previously served on HMS Theseus 1950-1952. I am collecting memorabilia to give him for Christmas. I wonder if anybody might remember him. He is 80 years old now.

Hello everyone, I am trying to contact a Robin Dann, I see from the membership list that he is registered with the "DIDO" assocation. I am trying to contact him as he was my best man at my wedding in 1966. as strange as it may seem on the day England won the world cup (30/07/1966). As also being in the 'ANDREW' we both went our different ways an of course lost contact. Any info would be most appreciated. Thanks

Anyone remember my father Stanley Cox, I believe he served from 1946 as a national service conscript. Today we celebrated his 83rd birthday. He would be interested to know of any shipmates were still around that remember him. Many thanks, Anne.

I served on H.S.DIDO between 1947 & 1949 and would like to be a member of the association if possible, as when I tried to do this before, all I could find was an offer to join H.M.S Uryalus, which I joined . My service number was ckx830198

Just wanted to mention to those who may remember him, that Robert Clark who served on the Dido from 1939 onwards sadly passed away 2 weeks ago. His memorial service was last saturday. He often spoke with great fondness of his days on the Dido and was a great mentor and friend. He will be sadly missed.
